Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to the GoMely app and website, operated by Ranwip LLC, 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By using GoMely you accept these terms. If you download GoMely from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies, together with these terms. If the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the Standard EULA allows. If you download GoMely from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your purchases.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to create an account.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app. See Delete your account.

3. Subscriptions, trials and payments

• GoMely Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly). The price and length of each plan are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. All payments go through the store; GoMely never sees your card details.
• Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically for the same length and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trials: if a free trial is offered, it is shown in the app with its length before you start. When the trial ends, the subscription starts and you're charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Codes: a friend's, creator's or partner's code can give a new subscriber a longer free trial on the yearly plan, through the App Store (as an Apple offer code) or Google Play. The trial's length is shown before you start, and the rules for free trials above apply. Each code works once per person, and the stores decide who is eligible.
• Offers to stay: if you start cancelling a monthly plan, we may offer to switch you to the yearly plan at a lower price for its first year. The price and when it starts are shown before you accept, and the store confirms it.
• Manage or cancel at any time: on iPhone in Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by the store under its policies: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play from your order history in Google Play.
• Free days given earlier (for example from the waitlist) stay on your account as a promotional period. They don't renew on their own and they are never charged.
• We may change prices. A new price never applies to a period you've already paid for, and the store will ask for your consent where required.

4. Food, allergies and health

• GoMely gives meal suggestions, not medical or nutritional advice.
• Allergy and diet filters reduce risk but cannot remove it. Recipes and products change. Always read product labels and use your own judgment, especially for severe allergies.
• Follow safe food handling and cooking practices.

5. Prices and stores

Ingredient prices and totals are estimates based on the store you choose and may differ from the price at checkout. Promotions, stock and pack sizes vary. GoMely is not affiliated with or endorsed by any supermarket unless we say so.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and share that content within GoMely and in the share cards you create, only as needed to run the service.

• Who sees it: your name, @handle and profile photo, the dinners you share and your place on the weekly Board are visible to other GoMely users. You can leave the public Board in Edit profile, and delete a dinner you shared at any time.
• Zero tolerance: there is no place on GoMely for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or otherwise offensive, or anything you don't have the right to share.
• Filtering: names, @handles and captions are checked automatically for offensive words. Anything flagged stays hidden from others until our team has reviewed it.
• Report and block: you can report any dinner or person, and block anyone from their profile. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or ban the accounts that posted it.

7. Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the app, try to break its security, scrape it, or resell it.
• Don't abuse codes, for example by creating accounts to get longer trials.
• Don't use GoMely to harass, impersonate or harm anyone.

8. Our content

The GoMely name, the Mely mascot, the app, recipes and designs belong to GoMely or its licensors. You may use them only through the app for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Disclaimers and liability

GoMely is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using GoMely and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll tell you in the app or by email before important changes take effect. If you keep using GoMely after that, the new terms apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
